To bring the concept of sentence formation to life, our Grade III students participated in a vibrant and hands-on activity based on Chapter 1 – “The Sentence.”
Each child brought cutouts from old newspapers and magazines , carefully selecting images and headlines that sparked their imagination. Using these visuals as inspiration, they framed their own creative and meaningful sentences.
This interactive activity turned the classroom into a hub of creativity and learning! Students not only practiced how to frame complete sentences, but also gained a deeper understanding of sentence structure and the power of expression.
One student joyfully said, “It was like making my own story from a picture!”
The activity was a wonderful blend of language learning and creativity, helping students realize that a sentence is more than just words—it’s a way to express ideas clearly and confidently.
It was a truly fulfilling, engaging, and joyful experience for everyone involved! We’re so proud of our budding writers and look forward to more such exciting learning moments.
