English Subject Enrichment Activity

Grade VI creatively combined literature with artistic expression to bring stories to life. While exploring Children at Work, which sheds light on the issues of child labor and rag picking, students designed posters emphasizing that every child deserves tools for learning—pencils and notebooks—over tools of labor. The timeless adventure classic Robinson Crusoe also captivated their imagination. To deepen their understanding, students created concept maps detailing the provisions the lone survivor transported from ship to raft and onto the island.

These integrated activities allowed students to engage with the stories on a deeper level, fostering both appreciation and lasting memory of the narratives.
