On 28th October 2024, Imperial Heritage School, Sector-102, Gurugram hosted the CBSE Unity Run, an inspiring event to mark the upcoming National Unity Day on 31st October. This initiative, dedicated to fostering unity and harmony among young minds, witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, staff, and faculty. Students wore 'Run for Unity' badges and carried banners promoting peace, diversity, and mutual respect as they jogged through the school premises.
The Unity Run aimed to instill the values of tolerance and understanding, as students from different grades came together, promoting the spirit of unity in diversity. The entire school community embraced the event’s core message of solidarity, understanding, and patriotism, with students discussing and reflecting on the legacy of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, India’s Iron Man, whose birth anniversary inspires this celebration. By the end of the event, students felt proud of their shared identity and strengthened in their resolve to contribute to a more united India.
