The Model United Nations is a platform to encourage political thought and dialogue amongst students all over the world. We at Imperial Heritage School encourage students to participate in such events as it broadens the horizon of the students and empower them to become effective change agents and leaders of the future.
The students of our school attended the MUN held at Blue Bells Models, Sector 4, Gurugram, The BBIMUN held on 6th and 7th of October 2024, saw the participation of our enthusiastic delegates from Grades 6 to 8. A total of 8 students: Vaibhavi Lakhera, Taimur Shaikh, Krishvee Prasad, Ashi Ojha, Jasmin Kaur, Hazel Malik, Archit Patel and Reyansh Pawar represented our school in the various committees. The students experienced exhilarating sessions of debate and discussion on burning topics.
Ashi Ojha of Grade 8 received the Verbal Mention.
The students learned how to reach a consensus and recommend a solution for the agenda. Most importantly, the students learned the finer nuances of conducting meaningful research and oratory skills.
