In our recent activities related to the chapter Work Around Us, we began with an introductory activity called Who Am I? in which students dressed up as people of various occupations and spoke a few lines about it. This engaging start helped students connect with the topic on a personal level. As we progressed through the chapter, we focused on the critical issue of child labour. To enhance understanding, we showed a video explaining what child labour is and the harsh realities faced by children subjected to it. Additionally, we conducted a role play on child labour to vividly portray the difficulties these children endure and emphasize the importance of eradicating this practice.
