'Creation of Large Numbers' 

Engaging students in the creation of large number collages using newspapers offers a dynamic approach to understanding the relevance of numbers in our daily lives.Under the NEP’s experiential learning approach, students of Grade VI , scour through the pages, searching for large numbers, and not only sharpen their numerical skills but also immerse themselves in real-world contexts where numbers play a crucial role. From deciphering the price tags of goods to tallying up populations in news articles, every digit encountered becomes a doorway to comprehension. Through this hands-on activity, students did not only learn to read and write large numbers but also developed a deeper appreciation for their significance in the world around them.
