Sports are an important part of life and provide many health benefits. Regular physical activity can reduce stress, improve mental health, and boost self-confidence. A key point is to acknowledge that while winning is an important part of sport, it must be kept in perspective with the other valuable aspects of sports such as social development, fun, fitness, etc. The school’s skating team participated in the 1st Inter Invitational Skating Meet that was held at Buddha International School, Gurugram on 15th July 2023. A total of 29 students participated.
